Week 9 Pickups: Marvin Jones-ing for the Playoffs

You might be asking yourself who Marvin Jones is. I’ll tell you. He’s probably the guy who had the best game of his season (and possibly career) in Week 8.

Week 8 Pickups: Harry Douglas, Jarrett Boykin, and the attack of the injury fill-ins

Week 7 showed us that those with opportunity can produce. Jarrett Boykin filled in more than admirably for James Jones and Randall Cobb. Harry Douglas made the most of his opportunity to be the Falcons No. 1 wideout. But to top that off, we got a bunch of new injuries to send us scrambling to the wire.

After there wasn’t much to do on the waiver wire in Week 1 and 2, I was disappointed that we really didn’t get any more talent bubbling up the top for Week 3.

I wouldn’t bet an eyebrow on any of these guys.

If you didn’t get Marlon Brown last week or if Joique Bell is still a free agent, clearly, you need to go after them this week, as their value only increased after their play in Week 2.

As for Week 3… Continue reading
