@Scott:

I wouldn't argue with ranking Cutler there among fantasy quarterbacks, but I might slot him a tad higher if the young receivers show up to play in Chicago this year. I'm still waiting to see what Chicago's game plan will be on offense now that they have Cutler's arm.

While I noted his loss of yardage, I'm not really down on Matt Forte. He was a grinder last season, usually getting 100 yards and/or one touchdown each game to consistently put up fantasy points. I'd expect him to lose yardage with Cutler in town, but he could make up for that loss with more receiving yards or touchdowns. It's just hard to predict an increase in touchdowns for a guy in his second season and with a new quarterback. I still like Forte as a top-five pick.

I like Cutler as the 8th-10th QB taken. He can't put up great numbers with this offense, but should be a reliable starter because of his talent. I have to disagree with you on Forte. I think he is going to be a beast this year. Cutlet's talent will help them move the ball more, but the lack of talent at the WR position is going to stall drives. Forte is the main play maker on this team and should get many more TD chances. Defenses will have to play honest because there is a real QB on the team this year. I would be surprised if Forte finishes as the number 1 QB.

Scott
http://www.fantasyfootballfools.com/
